We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our attempt to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 

Online Booking: You will be prompted to input your CC in order to confirm your appointment. Your card on file is securely stored through Stripe and will only be charged in the event of late cancellation of no-show.

Cancellation: If you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of scheduled session, it is considered a "Late Cancellation" and are subject to full payment for the original session.   

No-shows: Clients who either forget or consciously choose to forgo their appointment  will be considered a “No-Show.” They will be charged for their missed appointment. 

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate  appointments which follow yours.  You will be responsible for payment of the full session. Time is valuable so please plan accordingly and arrive on time.  

First time clients: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to go over your Wellness Intake Form, which we email you at the time of booking. Be sure to fill out this questionnaire in advance to ensure maximum amount of hands-on time and leave  you feeling your best.
